Body Scan: Breathe Through Discomfort

5m - BODY SCAN DISCOMFORT

Building from the past two weeks, we now practice a form of mindfulness aimed at shifting the way you experience physical pain.  Whether dull or sharp, a sickness or an injury, the work we do with our breathing can be very helpful here!  You may notice that when you are present for pain, as opposed to resisting it, your mind may shift its relationship to that discomfort as well.
