This is a really accessible book with a lot of personal stories. Each of the 24 chapters have good exercises to accompany them, such as walking meditation and lovingkindness. How can we learn to let go? In what ways can we apply the psychology and philosophy of Buddhism in our lives? In our yoga practice?
